Our people
There are over 50 people within ATD and they are all critical to our ongoing success.
In addition to the teams in our London office, we employ a network of homeworkers who take reservation calls for us via a VOIP phone system. It works for us as it enables us to remain open 9am to 9pm 365 days a year and it's ideal for our homeworking employees who are often young mothers or need to remain close to schools and their communities in the daytime.
We’re certainly not perfect, but we always try to treat our staff and our customers in a fair and ethical way. We like to share our success with our staff and reward our loyal customers with exceptional value and impeccable service and communications.
As with all new ventures, there was a degree of risk at the beginning. However that risk has been mitigated because the majority of profits have been retained and growth has been managed carefully so that staff can carry on paying their mortgages and customers know that their tickets or holiday are 100% secure.
