On September 6th, the ATD team donned their favourite bike shorts and high vis jackets in the name of charity for the London to Brighton Cycle 2015. That’s 54 long miles from our offices in Clapham to the centre of Brighton, which was hard work up plenty of unforgiving hills!

All this courageous cycling was to raise money for a cause very close to our hearts – getting school supplies to kids who desperately need them in Zambia. With some members of the ATD team visiting the Butterfly Tree and Just a Drop Foundation in November, we are really keen to raise money to bring over vital supplies for the children affected by poverty in the country.

We aim to bring uniforms, computers and other equipment to the villages that we are visiting in November to make sure that these children have everything they need to stay in education and get a decent start in life. Any donations, big or small, will make a huge difference to these children’s lives.

As of today, we have very nearly reached our £1000 fund raising target, which will go a long way to providing the things we need for the trip. A big thank you to everyone who has sponsored us so far, and if you would like to contribute to this incredible cause, please see the following link: https://www.gofundme.com/ATDCycle
